The complaint will be solved within a maximum period of two months, and you will be notified within ten calendar days.

However, the Complaint Service is adhered to the Guide for Good Practices for Internal Resolution of Complaints, by which AECS commits to resolve, within a maximum period of one month, the complaints received. If it is not possible to respond within the established timeframe, the Complaint Service must inform to the claimant about the causes of the delay or indicate when the investigation is likely to be completed and the claim resolved.
