This website has no operational purpose other than introduce AECS and to ensure the publication of certain documents in accordance with the requirements of the Spanish insurance legislation.

This Privacy Notice was last updated on the 25th of February 2025. From time to time we may need to change the way we use your personal data. Where we believe you may not reasonably expect such a change, we will notify you.

AECS is authorised by the Spanish regulator of the insurance market (Direccion General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones) located at Paseo de la Castellana, 44, 28046 Madrid (Spain). AECS is an Admiral Group plc entity (https://admiralgroup.co.uk/). Admiral Group is the sole shareholder of AECS.
AECS has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted by email at dpo@admiraleurope.com, or by writing at AECS postal address.

Data processing activities informed by this Privacy Notice relate solely to the relationship established between AECS and the users who interact with AECS through this website.
This website does not serve at any operational purpose. Therefore, this Privacy Notice does not provide information on the processing of personal data carried out by AECS in its capacity as an insurance company.

Through the “Contact” section of this website, means of contact are provided to carry out procedures related to the management of claims and policies. Finally, this website also provides information on the whistleblowing channel provided by AECS. We will need to take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with the right requested or with any details or personal information we may hold about you. This may involve request identification or ID documents, such us DNI, NIE or passport.
Once we receive your written request, we will have 30 days to fulfil your request. Where for some reason this will not be possible, for instance dur to large volumes of data being involved, we are permitted by law to take an additional 2 months to fulfil your request. Where any such a delay is anticipated we will inform of you this as soon as possible along with details of when we expect to be able to provide you with the requested documentation.
